Tags

Tags allow you to group subscribers based on different categories. For example, you might use one tag for subscribers to your monthly newsletter and another for customers interested in new product launches. Tags are optional. You can assign one tag, multiple tags, or none at all to a subscriber.

Viewing Tags

To see your list of tags, click the Tags button on the Subscribers page. This will take you to the tags index, where all your tags are listed.

Adding and Updating Tags

You can manage tags through the application interface.

Adding a New Tag

  • Go to the Tags index page.
  • Click New Tag to create a new tag.
  • Enter a unique name for the tag.

Editing/Updating a Tag

  • Find the tag you want to edit in the tags list.
  • Click the Edit button and update the tag name.

Each tag requires only a name, which must be unique within your workspace.

Deleting a Tag

  • Navigate to the Tags index page.
  • Find the tag you want to delete in the tags list.
  • Click the Delete button to remove it.
