Welcome to the SJ Email Marketing App —your all-in-one platform to create, manage, and optimize email campaigns for your business. Whether you're looking to send newsletters, promote new products, or build meaningful relationships with your customers, SJ Email Marketing App makes it easy to craft professional email campaigns and reach your subscribers.

With a simple, user-friendly interface and powerful features like templates, subscriber management, and campaign management, you’ll have everything you need to boost engagement and drive growth. Let’s walk through the basics to help you get started.

Onboarding - Registration

After installing the SJ Email Marketing App on your Shopify store, you’ll be directed to a login page with a registration option. To register, simply enter your company name, your name, email address, and password. Once registered, a verification email will be sent to the provided email address. Confirm your email by clicking the link in the verification email, and then log in to the app using your email address and password.

Onboarding - Add Email Services

After installing the app on your store, you will receive an email sent to your store’s email address. This email contains the necessary SMTP server details required to add email services. To set up, copy the SMTP server information from the email into the "Create Email Service" form within the app. You will need to enter the SMTP host, SMTP port, username, password, and encryption status.

Dashboard Overview

The DashboardThe Dashboard is the first page you’ll see when you log into SJ Email Marketing App. It provides a quick snapshot of key data to give you an overview of your email marketing efforts.

Here’s what you’ll find on the Dashboard:

  • Total Subscribers : Displays the total number of subscribers across all your lists. This helps you track the growth of your audience over time and ensure that your campaigns are reaching a broad audience.
  • Completed Campaigns : Shows the number of campaigns that have been successfully completed. This gives you a quick reference to the number of campaigns you've sent out.
  • Recent Subscribers : A list of the most recently added subscribers, allowing you to see new signups and keep an eye on your latest audience growth.

The Dashboard is designed to give you a real-time view of your email marketing progress, helping you stay informed and make data-driven decisions. From here, you can easily navigate to other sections like creating new campaigns, managing subscribers, creating templates, creating tags or viewing messages.
