Account Settings

Account Settings in ShopJets Customer Support App allow you to allow you to manage and update your organization’s information. This includes modifying the account name and setting auto-resolution timelines for tickets.

To update your account details, navigate to Settings → Account Settings. The following settings can be adjusted:

Account Name : Enter the name of your account, such as "XYZ Inc."

Auto-resolution for inactive tickets : Specify the number of days after which a ticket or conversation should automatically be marked as resolved if there is no activity.

After making the necessary changes, click the Update Settings button located at the top right of the screen. Wait for the success message to confirm that your settings have been updated successfully.
