An agent in ShopJets Customer Support App is a member of your Customer Communications team who can view and respond to messages from your users. Agents play a crucial role in maintaining smooth communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To add agents to your ShopJets account, navigate to Settings → Agents. This will take you to the Agents management page, where your name will be listed as the Administrator by default. Administrators have access to all features enabled for your account, including account settings.

To add a new agent, click the Add Agent button located at the top right of the page. A window will appear, allowing you to enter the agent's details, such as their name, role, and email address. Once the information is filled in, click the Add Agent button to confirm. A "Agent Added Successfully" message will appear, and the new agent will be listed on your Agents management page.

Modifying or deleting an agent

To modify or delete an agent, go toSettings → Agents to open the list of agents. Find the agent you wish to edit or remove. To edit, click the pencil icon next to the agent name; to delete, click the red cross icon. If editing, a modal will appear with the agent's prefilled information, allowing you to update their name and role. After making the necessary changes, click Edit Agent to save them or Cancel to discard them.
