Adding Inbox

An Inbox in ShopJets Customer Support App is a channel that connects your website or email accounts—such as Live chat, Gmail, or Outlook. You can create unlimited inboxes within your account, allowing you to manage multiple communication channels seamlessly.

Adding inbox

There are two ways to add an inbox to your account:

Through the Settings Screen : On your dashboard, navigate to Settings → Inboxes.

Through the Home Screen : On the home screen, find the + New Inbox link below your list of inboxes.

After reaching the inbox screen, click the Add Inbox button located at the top right corner of the page. You can then select the channels you wish to connect. The supported channels will be displayed on this screen.
